I finished Nee Sensei, Shiranai No? and it was as cute and fluffy throughout. Yesterday Taec’s drama began, and I have yet to watch it but will this weekend when I have more of a chance (watching dramas during the week is hard!). Hani’s drama, XX, comes out today and will probably catch that this weekend as well. Also the Thai drama, The Ghost Bride, came out on Netflix yesterday and the trailer had me intrigued. Maybe also on the list for the weekend as well?

A good article speaking with the author Cho Nam Joo (Kim Jiyoung, Born 1982) about the Me Too movement and women’s rights in Korea and how it influenced her book.
This is a really good article about how there is finally a shift in worker’s safety in Korea which is so important, and while a shame that it’s taken deaths to finally get more movement it is happening. What is happening in the safety of the normal construction job will filter to the entertainment field as well.
Netflix struck a deal to pick up all of Ghibli films…as long as you don’t live in Japan or North America.
Jaehyun and Seunghyub from N.Flying have been cast in the upcoming web drama, Big Picture House, along with AOA’s Yuna. They are cute, the premise seems cute, and as long as I can find it and have the time I’ll give it a watch.

Siyeon from Dreamcatcher is going to be releasing a digital single at the end of the month before their comeback (rumored to be in February). I repeat, SIYEON IS RELEASING A SOLO.

After YouTube’s algorithm decided to do God’s work and push 2PM’s ‘My House’ music video to new people so they could see and experience what we all already know about them and started to fall in love, JYP jumped on the train to actually promote the group by releasing a special video clip of them performing it from the concert “2PM Concert House Party”. Maybe fix that writer credit on the music video while you are there, that would be nice.

-TK from ling tosite sigure came out with the official mv for the song ‘Chou no Tobu Suiso’ for the anime Pet.
-Hoshino Gen released a new mv for the song ‘Ain’t Nobody Know’.
-Super Junior also released their Japanese version of ‘I Think I’ and while it’s pretty much the same as the original, the music video is different. The song is still great, so watch it:
